The Climate Survey

Tulane University conducted its first campus-wide climate survey in the fall of 2022. The survey aimed to gather students, faculty, and staff perceptions of how Tulane supports its community, including their experiences with discrimination and harassment. Participants included students, faculty, staff, administration, medical residents, and post-doctoral fellows. Out of 19,968 eligible individuals in the Tulane community, 6,655 completed the survey, reflecting a response rate of 33%.
