The ILP is a nine-month leadership experience for Tulane University faculty and staff focused on intercultural leadership and organizational change in higher education. Through a cohort-based model, participants explore ways to foster more collaborative and welcoming environments across campus. Applications for the 2026–27 cohort close June 5, 2026.
