AEO Leadership Announcement

Shelby Norman has been appointed Director of the Office of Academic Excellence and Opportunity (AEO) by Chief Officer of Academic Excellence and Opportunity Anneliese Singh. 

Shelby brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and experience from her roles as Interim Director and Associate Director of AEO, along with a strong record of collaborative leadership and programmatic expertise. In her new role, Shelby will work closely with Singh to lead the Office’s forward-looking work in support of academic excellence, opportunity, and a welcoming academic community, including advancing Tulane’s Wave of Opportunity. Her thoughtfulness, steady leadership, and commitment to collaboration have already made a meaningful impact across campus.
