Her keynote, Own It: Embrace, Elevate, Empower, inspires bold leadership, authentic action, and meaningful change. Attendees will gain strategies to elevate their influence, embrace their unique strengths, and empower those around them.

About Alycia: Alycia Anderson is a nationally recognized disability advocate, leadership strategist, and speaker. She has transformed organizations through leadership practices and empowers individuals to unlock their potential and amplify their impact.
