
Biography
Bio: Analene McCullough (she/her/hers) is the Program Manager for the Office of AEO at Tulane University, a role she assumed in September 2024 after two years with Tulane’s English Department. Born and raised in the greater New Orleans area, Analene is deeply committed to Tulane’s impact on the community, bringing this dedication into every aspect of her work. She earned her Bachelor’s in History from Loyola University New Orleans, focusing on mid-twentieth-century radical movements. She also holds a Master’s in Library and Information Science from The University of Alabama, where she concentrated on academic libraries, social justice, and disability/accessibility. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in History here at Tulane University, with a continuing focus on mid-twentieth-century United States history and an emphasis on radical and social movements. As Program Manager, Analene serves as the primary liaison for the Office of AEO, coordinating project management, and event planning. She collaborates closely, Dr. Anneliese Singh, Dr. Danette Saylor, and the rest of the AEO Office team to streamline programming, marketing, and representation efforts that enhance the success of the Office of AEO.
